Refund Policy

LegalDisha shall make every effort to provide the best services with guaranteed satisfaction.
However due to any reason except the reasons with involve Act of God or any incident beyond our reasonable control. If we are unable to provide to you the decided services taken by you, then refund shall be entitled subjected to the conditions and terms mentioned in this policy.

REFUND TERMS

  • When a payment of fee is made to the LegalDisha, the fees paid to initiate the working is retained by LegalDisha in a client account. This initial payment is called earned fee.
  • Earned fee is non-refundable as it is subjected to the work which has been already done including our resources, man hours spent on delivering the services. Earned fee depending upon the completion of various milestones of work.
  • External Fee shall include the government fees, payment gateway charges paid, admin fees paid.
  • From the total fee received by the client to LegalDisha, earned fee and external fee shall be deducted and remaining amount will be eligible for refund.
  • The Refund shall be considered only if there is a clear and visible deficiency in the services purchased from LegalDisha.

REQUEST FOR REFUND

  • Refund request can be initiated through website/email Platform after signing in on the platform.
  • Refund requests shall not be entertained after the work is shared with you in the event of change of mind.
  • Request to refund shall not be entertained when there is no fault or defect in the service of LegalDisha.
  • The eligible refund will be processed directly in the client’s Bank account that was used to make the payment, in case of request of refund in any other mode decision shall be taken by LegalDisha for acceptance of request or not.
  • If the refund request is made after the intimation or indication through email or any other communication mode is made from the side of LegalDisha stating that the work has been completed. In such case refund request shall shall not be considered and will be deemed invalid.
  • All refund requests within 30 days of purchase shall only be considered valid. Any request beyond 30 days will rejected.
  • After approval of refund request by LegalDisha, all information and its status will be updated through email.
  • Your request of refund after approval will be completed within 30 business days from approval. We will ensure that money eliglible for refund is returned back with the time frame mentioned here.

REQUEST FOR REVISION OF SERVICE

  • Change in service shall be entertained only if the working over the purchased services is yet not started.
  • Change in service must be made within 7 days of finalization of previous service.
  • In case the team of LegalDisha is working over the services and the change in service is request by you such request entertained upon the sole discretion of LegalDisha.
  • Request for change in service even after the initiating working will be entertained by LegalDisha upon the decision of LegalDisha; subjected to the condition that the payment of earned fee and the external amount paid.

STANDARD PRICING POLICY

  • A standard pricing policy has been set by LegalDisha for its different services and packages, you can choose suitable service as per your required with the standard price.
  • Such price are subjected changes in government fees, different stamp duty charges, amendments and revisions.
  • LegalDisha reserves the right to increase, decrease prices or alter the prices of the services included in the package as quoted on our website at any given time, but this will not affect preceding contracts that are placed already.
  • Standard pricing shall not be applicable in case increase in pricing due to rise of government fee in the course of time of service order receipt and service execution, re-filing or re-submissions.
  • Standard pricing shall not include any cost which is incurred by the client in order to complete the services.

UNCONTROLLABLE FACTORS
Even after huge amount of precautions and care in the execution of service LegalDisha.com cannot provide full guarantee of the outcome of the particular procedure.

  • Approvals and rejection depends upon the discretion of officers.
  • Legal Additional requirements may arise, case to case.
  • Portal backlogs and process may create delay in completion of the process.
  • Re-submissions required with more clarifications or additional documents.

Also in case of service error due to delay by client in providing documents or fulfillment of requirement without which the process could not be proceeded further, shall not be considered to be eligible refund request.
Thus such type of factors being out of control of LegalDisha will not be eligible for refund.

FORCE MAJEURE EVENT

Refund facility is not applicable in case of any event which take place due to any factor which is directly or indirectly is not in the control of LegalDisha.

Thus any type foreseen or unforeseen circumstances such as:-

  • Delay or interruption due to any natural issues like natural calamity, epidemic, Act of God or any such reason which are out of our reasonable control.
  • Delay or interruption due to social or economic crises like war, terrorism, lockdowns.
  • Delay or interruption due to any other reason which are out of our reasonable control.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You are only eligible to seek cancellation of the services when after the purchase of services you have not taken any type of consultation or advice from the team of LegalDisha.
  • After eligibility of cancellation of services your refund shall be processed as per the refund terms mentioned herein.
  • You can apply for cancellation of services within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Since we are incurring costs and dedicating time, manpower, technology resources and effort to your service and /or document preparation, nominal cancellation charges will be effective from the date of request of cancellation. However cancellation fee will not be applicable in case of change in services.
  • No cancellation will be allowed for the special limited period officer services and for discounted services.

PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLATION REQUEST

  • You can apply for cancellation through our customer support or by mail within 24 hours of successful payment of service.
  • Our customer support will respond to your request within 2 days , confirming whether you are eligible for cancellation or not.
  • After cancellation approval, refund will be provided within 30 days as per the terms and condition of refund policy.
  • Cancellation fee as per LegalDisha policies will be:
