After special resolution for alteration of MoA is passed, Form MGT-14 will be filed with the registrar within 30 days of passing resolution. along with the copy of the special resolution and altered MoA.
Once alteration in the MoA is approved by the Registrar the company is required to make approved changes in each copy of the MoA.
