    APPLICABILITY TO FILE THE DPT-3 FORM

    All the companies including small, private, non-small, OPC, etc shall file DPT-3 form in following cases:

    • The companies have received loan and such amount is due.
    • Companies having both secured, and unsecured Loans along with advances for goods and services.
    • The Holding Company or Subsidiary Company or Associate Company obtains the loan.
    • Company has not paid the loan which is still continuing after 1st April 2014.
