    STEPS INVOLVED IN ESIC REGISTRATION

    Getting ESI Registration

    Establishments within 15 days becoming eligible under the act, must get themselves registered by submitting Registration Form to the relevant ESI Office of the region.

    17- digit Code Number

    After submitting the application a 17-digit identification number will be provided which is used in all Correspondence of the scheme. This 17-digit identification number is also known as Code number.

    Submission of form with details

    The employees are required to provide form containing the details of their family members and their photographs to the employer.

    Receive ESI Card

    After successful registration employer will be provided with a ESI identity card.
